Callers
We are always pleased to receive callers at our stores during business hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings from 10.00am to 12.30pm. Payment at our stores counter can be made by cash, credit card or cheque, (accompanied by the appropriate bankers card)
Overseas callers please note that VAT (currently 20%) will be applicable on any collected goods.

We retain all orders placed on a back order system when the item is not available at time of ordering. These will be dispatched when fresh supplies become available unless otherwise instructed. If the particular item becomes NLA (No Longer Available) or is unlikely to become available within a few months we will cancel the back order and refund any funds paid via Paypal. – Your credit card will NOT be charged for any back ordered items. - Please see our full terms and conditions.
